What are your delivery costs?

All items ordered have a shipping flat rate of $14.95* to major cities in Australia. Please check shipping page for more detailed information on delivery.

*Additional delivery charges may apply depending on final destination of order-for example if an on-forwarder courier is required to deliver to a remote destination. If these charges are applicable, we will advise the customer before shipping. A flat rate delivery of $14.95 does not apply to new centre fit-outs or wholesale trade customers. 

Do you deliver internationally?

 Before ordering, please contact us if you would like us to arrange a quote for delivery outside of Australia. Currently we do not offer delivery outside of Australia through ordering directly via our website.  However, on the occasion that an international customer would like to order one of our items we may be able to offer a quote for delivery of the the items to an international destination. 

Do you offer wholesale prices?

We offer wholesale prices only on Explore Nook branded products. If you would like to access wholesale prices we will need to review your company details and once approved we can send you wholesale prices on the items you are interested in. 

How long does it take to get items that are out of stock?

If an item is out of stock in our website shop please still feel free to ask us whether we can pre-order that item for you. Often a shipment is on its way.

The fine print to qualify for a full refund:

– Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product

– Provide proof of purchase (invoice/order number)

– Item must be unused, undamaged and product packaging must be undamaged

– Item must be returned in undamaged, original packaging within 30 days

 We recommend you carefully review the item you want to order before proceeding with the order. Please note, freight charges for return of items are at customer’s expense and original freight charges will not be refunded. Refunds, once approved will be made by Explore Nook via the method you used to make purchase of item. Refunds will usually be processed within (7) days of the item being returned to Explore Nook. 

What if my item is faulty or damaged in transit?

You must contact us within 48hrs of delivery. In order to obtain a full refund you must have an invoice or proof of purchase. We then can assess the product and how we can best help you, be it a refund, repair or exchange.

Goods must be returned within 10 days for a full assessment of item. Goods need to be packaged properly to ensure they are not damaged in transit. Freight charges for return of items are at customer’s expense. Once product has been assessed, we will let you know outcome. Refunds, once approved will be made by Explore Nook via the method you used to make the purchase. Refunds will usually be processed within seven (7) days of the item being returned to Explore Nook.
